Songbird Plush

Songbird from BioShock Infinite. Ever since I saw that holiday picture of Elizabeth holding a Songbird plush, I've been trying to figure out how to make one...I started working on a small version, but ran into some problems with the body shape, so I started over from scratch.

Pictured above is my second attempt at a Songbird plush, which turned out bigger than I anticipated- 15 inches tall with a 23 inch wingspan. The wings turned out to be quite a mess...they consist of several pipe cleaners wrapped in extra wire to make the wings' "bones". The fake leather was meant for another project of mine...but it looked so nice on this plush, I couldn't resist using some of it.

When working on this, I didn't really have many pictures to use as reference. This probably would have gone a lot quicker if I had one of those awesome Songbird statues to study...

Obviously, it's not a 100% accurate replica of the in-game Songbird plush...and it looks a bit wonky....but I still think it's pretty adorable in a derpy sort of way. He can be Singbord, the alternate universe version of Songbird.

This plush is not for sale, though...It's just way too time-consuming to make anymore of these guys...
