Mordecai Plushie by DonutTyphoon Mordecai Plushie by DonutTyphoon
Mordecai from Borderlands- I'm having tons of fun playing as this guy...What's not to like about a masked, sword-wielding sniper that summons a bird of prey to eat your face?

Aaanyhoo...this is one of the most detailed plushies I've ever created. After looking at so many reference photos, I've kinda memorized Mordecai's outfit...I may be able to finally draw a decent Borderlands character....maybe.

This is another plushie that I don't want to sell, though...It was too much of a hassle to make this guy...I would lose my sanity if I had to make anymore of them.

....Ha, wow, I think I see the arm of my Claptrap plushie sneaking up in the background of that first picture...oops.

YESSSSSSSS! YESSSSSSSSS!
I LOVE IT. I play as a sniper too. It was great fun.
That whole game was great fun and original.

Copyright issues aren't a big deal btw ^_^ People sell stuff at conventions all the time-
and if you search any art site.... this one...

So long as you aren't mass-producing them without licensing then noone will care.
Most companies view this sort of a thing in a positive manor- free advertizing, fan enjoyment.

You dont have to now because you are busy but it might be something you could consider in the future ^_^
Be sure to keep your templates :D
I might would want one of professor membrane one day. :B

No problem at all! I was worried about that too.
So I thought I'd save you the research.
The thought of having publishers sick their greasy lawyers on me is not exactly a thought I am comfortable with! lol

8D That would be the greatest ever! LOL

Holy crap, you did SO good on this. You must be really proud. Has anyone asked you to make one for them? Have you considered making other Borderlands characters?

I do get asked every now and then to make a plush for someone...but I have to turn them down because of a combination of busy scheduling/having no idea how to handle commissions/copyright issues.

I've only made three other Borderlands plushes so far- Claptrap, Bloodwing, and a Psycho. It would be a bit fun to try to make some of the main/supporting characters, though...:D

He looks awesomeeee!!! \^^/ You got lots of detail, right down to his thin black ponytail to his patchwork helmet! Wow, he's incredible, I see why you wouldn't wanna sell him, I'd keep him too XD

The details on his gloves, just everywhere are spot on, rad work! Keep it up, and happy holidays!

Oh wow, thank you so much! I really love it when people start noticing some of the tiny details I put on a plush. :D

Happy holidays to you, too!
